Der Inhalt umfasst u. a. die Master-Tracks aus dem "American Sound Studio" ohne die späteren Nashville-Overdubs, Multi-Track Live-Aufnahmen der Dinner und Midnight Show vom 24.08.1969 in bearbeiteter und unbearbeiteter Versionen.
Darüber hinaus beinhaltet die Box noch eine 28seitige Fotobroschüre mit 28 Fotos von Elvis und eine 32seitiges Booklet mit über 60 Fotos, Interviews u. v. m.
