Zum 50. Jahrestag des Dokumentarfilms "Elvis - That's The Way It Is" erscheint eine Buch-CD-Kombination beim Sammlerlabel "Follow That Dream". Aus dem zuerst angekündigten einem Buch, sind nun zwei Bücher mit je 300 Seiten geworden. Ein Buch wird die Proben behandeln und im Zweiten werden die Live-Shows näher beleuchtet.Für die Bücher hat(te) man Zugriff auf rund 2.000 Original-Negative und Kleinbild-Dias, welche restauriert bzw. repariert wurden. Im Buch werden auch Artikel aus den MGM- und RCA-Archiven enthalten sein, so auch Unterlagen, Dokumente, Memos bzw. Sessioninformationen.
Auch von den angekündigten 3 CDs ist man abgekommen. Es werden nun ganze 8 - in Worten: acht - CDs werden. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Aufnahmen der Proben vom Juli und August 1970. Geplanter Veröffentlichungstermin sollte Ende Juni bzw. Juli sein, nun ist der August im Gespräch.

"Elvis In California" heißt die nächste Doppel-CD des Labels "Follow That Dream" und dieses beinhaltet die Soundboardaufnahmen der Shows vom 10.05., 12.05 und 13.05.1974.
Die Aufnahmen vom 12. bzw. 10.05.1974 wurden kombiniert, weil die letzten Songs auf dem Fresno-Band beschädigt sind und nur die zweite Hälfte der San Bernardino-Show aufgenommen wurde.
