Was mich stört, dass Ftd hier eindeutig den Mund zu weit aufgemacht hatte! "Eine Qualität, die alles bisher dagewesene weit übertrifft!" Die haben den an sich guten Publikumsmitschnitt "ein biß chen" aufgemotzt, das wars. Und nicht mehr.

ahhhhhrg ja das ist es doch sie dachten ja selbst erst es gibt was tolles und plötzlich kommt dieses ding und es is ne kopie von ner boot?

hab mal ein wenig im netz gestöbert, um der soundboard geschichte mal neue nahrung zu geben.

WWE: Final question!! You wouldn't believe the calls, faxes, e mails I've had about the Pittsburgh New Years Eve audio tape that you mentioned! Can you tell me more about it and are you aware that there is (besides the AULD LANG SYNE boot) also a CDR out of it?

JAT: Well, first I'm not surprised about the interest in this show. As you of all people should know (ha! ha!-WWE!) there has ALWAYS been incredible (and I mean incredible) interest in the NEW YEARS EVE show for many reasons. I have acquired three tapes of it - one reel to reel; the other 2 cassettes. I am aware of the bootlegs and I can guarantee you that there is no comparison. Actually, the CD-R is simply a copy of the boot CD! The reel to reel is the most interesting because this has the audience reaction, which is an essential part of the show. Finally, there maybe few fans who obviously have a problem believing all this freat stuff. I can only say regardung this issue that I understand I have been down this roads before road before with these same few fans. When I listed IT'S DIFFERENT NOW; MY WAY and LADY MADONNA in the first sessions book the same people,said it didn't exist. When I listed some of the unreleased material in SESSIONS 2 they said it didn't exist, In the same book when I listed the film outtakes from ONc TOUR and THTA'S THE WAY IT IS they said they didn't exist. When I said I had photos of Elvis modeling jumsuits Jan. '72 they said these didn't exist.When I said there was film backstage with audio in Elvis dressing room from TTWII in 1995 they said it didn't exist . Enough said.
